We want your SuperStraw experience to be seamless from order to delivery. This policy outlines how we handle shipping, returns, and refunds.

Shipping Policy

Order Processing:

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Once processed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Other Locations: 4–8 business days
    (Delivery times may vary depending on courier partners and your location.)

Shipping Charges:

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
  • A nominal fee of ₹49 may apply for orders below ₹499.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) may include an extra handling fee.

Returns & Refunds Policy

At SuperStraw, we maintain strict quality control—but we understand that issues can happen. Here’s how we manage returns:

Return Eligibility:

  • You may request a return only if:
    • You received a damaged, leaking, or defective item.
    • The wrong item was shipped.
  • Requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.

 Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened, used, or tampered products
  • Orders where the issue was reported after 3 days of delivery
  • Products purchased on special offers (unless defective)

How to Request a Return:

Email us at support@superstraw.com with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • A short explanation of the issue

Our support team will review and get back to you within 48 hours.

 Refund Policy

If your return request is approved:

  • We’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • If paid via COD, we’ll request your UPI/bank details to process the refund.

Please note: Refund timelines depend on your bank/payment provider

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped by contacting us immediately. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
