We want your SuperStraw experience to be seamless from order to delivery. This policy outlines how we handle shipping, returns, and refunds.
Shipping Policy
Order Processing:
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Once processed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Estimated Delivery Time:
- Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
- Other Locations: 4–8 business days
(Delivery times may vary depending on courier partners and your location.)
Shipping Charges:
- Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
- A nominal fee of ₹49 may apply for orders below ₹499.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) may include an extra handling fee.

Returns & Refunds Policy
At SuperStraw, we maintain strict quality control—but we understand that issues can happen. Here’s how we manage returns:
Return Eligibility:
- You may request a return only if:
- You received a damaged, leaking, or defective item.
- The wrong item was shipped.
- Requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened, used, or tampered products
- Orders where the issue was reported after 3 days of delivery
- Products purchased on special offers (unless defective)
How to Request a Return:
Email us at support@superstraw.com with:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- A short explanation of the issue
Our support team will review and get back to you within 48 hours.
Refund Policy
If your return request is approved:
- We’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- If paid via COD, we’ll request your UPI/bank details to process the refund.
Please note: Refund timelines depend on your bank/payment provider
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped by contacting us immediately. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
